Cancellaton Policy


Reservations are fully refundable 48 hours prior to check-in. Reservations cancelled after 48 hours from check-in are non refundable. To cancel a reservation, please call us at 573-238-3276.

 

Terms and Conditions


  • A valid photo ID is required upon check-in
  • Must be 21 years or older to check-in 
  • All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults occupying the room and a valid credit card for a guarantee of arrival
  • You will be asked to sign a document that you agree to a minimum $250 fine if ANY evidence of smoking is found in the hotel room or in any of the building areas.
  • During your stay, the hotel room and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. A minimum charge of $150 will be expected if any damages or breakages occur in the hotel room.
  • A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. $20 per night. Just make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside the room. No pets in the lobby. Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms at any time.
