Visited Durso Hills Winery and Bistro this afternoon for a late lunch and the wagyu steak 🥩 was AMAZING!! If you haven’t been I highly recommend going!!🤩 We even ordered a pizza 🍕 to go for later! 😋

I had my first lamb 🐑 burger today down on the farm 🚜 at Mason Jar Farm Store at Mesta Meadows and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS with melted Green Dirt cheese 🧀 😋!!! 🥇 We also picked up fresh farm eggs and many other canned goodies!! We even got to sample lots of goodness including their peach 🍑 ice cream 🍨! It was so refreshing and light! One of the most iconic photos ever! ♥️ Found this print of LIFE magazine’s famous VJ Day photo at Second Time Around today displayed in their shop! After seeing in their window, we knew no other photo could go up in the fountain in that spot. It is perfect. Eula shared a dear story of a man that sits in his car and watches it while his wife shops. How beautiful is that? I told her to tell him he can see it anytime when we open our Soda Shop! Yesterday’s seafood was local favorite Wintzell's Oyster House for over 85 years!!! We’ve been going there since we were kids! Got to meet up with one of our besties! Great food and a great visit!! Finally got to sink my teeth into some crab claws… both marinated & fried, scrumptious peel & eat shrimp 🦐, fresh broiled redfish with to die for Bienville sauce, and don’t forget those southern collard greens 🥬!! 🙌🏼

Quick road trip with sister 👭🏻 down South to visit family. It will be fresh Gulf seafood while we’re here to get our seafood fix!! 🦐 🦀 🦞 Had a great evening in Laurel, Mississippi last night at Dads!♥️♥️ I highly recommend Blue Crab 🦀 if visiting Laurel! Big stuff happening everyday! 💖 Today’s event: Our Amish made 20 quart Ice Cream Machine has been ordered and it’s on its way to EC Reed's Mercantile and Hotel- Marble Hill, Missouri!!! It will be another awesome part of our old fashioned soda fountain. We have been anxiously awaiting this day since 2019 when we decided to bring an Old Fashioned Mercantile, Soda Fountain, and Luncheonette to our town! ❣️ Can’t wait to be cranking out 5 gallons of house made ice cream at a time. 🍦🍨🍦

Everett designed this out of an existing cabinet we have.🤩 He met with McCormick Woodworks, LLC today about building it out. I hope that the talented cabinet maker Eddie McCormick will build it out!! 🤞🏼🧐 It will be SPECTACULAR!!
